Music shapes my whole life. I don't live on music, I'm living music. Since I was a little boy I was fascinated by rhythms, especially those heard in Black Music. My first and permanent impression came definitely from the drummer guy in the Muppet-show. I can't remember whether I made up my mind then, but I'm a drummer and percussionist today. As a replacement drummer of this band I rather coincidentally came to the Louisiana music. I didn't know anything of this music except the songs Cajun-Moon and Toot-Toot. Neither did I know about the culinary preferences of this region.
But Marc and his boiled crawfish made me quickly enjoying this lively music. And ever since the first time chef Marc was cooking this tangy Cajun-food for me, I got all for it. But being only a replacement drummer, my delight in playing music with this band was not satisfied anymore and so I joined the band definitely as a percussionist with the song 'la porte en arrière'.
